Originally formed in January 2022, the Sustainable Design Collective is a ‘think tank’ group of leading designers and specifiers who unite to discuss new initiatives for greater sustainability. After successfully hosting five collective meetings, the members are now offering the opportunity to open conversations with fellow designers as well as suppliers and manufacturers.
The SDC Forum, to be held on 25th April 2023 at the Crypt on the Green in Clerkenwell, will be an interactive event for workplace designers to learn and hear about industry-wide efforts to drive greater environmental responsibility, wellbeing and social value.
As well as a full programme of panel discussions and interviews, the Material Lab will allow designers to experience some of the latest innovations in materials.

The SDC Awards for Sustainability will be presented at the end of the day. Focussing on the office workplace sector, the awards are designed to champion ‘best practice’ and highlight innovations.
Free to enter, there are three categories covering Projects, Products and Innovation. Each Award will be selected by a panel of members by the Sustainable Design Collective and editor of Works magazine, Mick Jordan.
Entries are now open and invited from design practices as well as manufacturers and suppliers.
