Join the SDC Global Community on WhatsApp

SDC WhatsApp community is created for like-minded built-environment professionals to bring global change. A Global platform for architects, designers, manufacturers, suppliers, project managers, and clients, to share knowledge about Sustainable Design for the built environment.

The community has sub-groups for each country to inspire discussions about local challenges and projects.
With weekly posts about new materials, products, projects, and innovations we endeavour to bring about a dialogue that leads to action.

We are aware that the construction industry accounts for 40% of global emissions. We recognise that the quest for greater environmental responsibility and sustainability is a huge challenge and collaboration is essential to accelerate the pace of change.

Through this community, we aim to enable a continuous dialogue and create a platform to share knowledge.

It can also become a starting point of long-term partnerships translating to online and offline meetings.

We invite you to partake in this community. Please fill out the form below to register and you will get a link to join on the same page once you fill the form:

    About SDC

The SDC is a ‘think tank’ group committed to acting as a collective within the workplace design community to identify developments and ‘best practice’ relating to sustainability.

The Collective’s mission is to connect, inspire and engage. It is recognised that the quest for greater environmental responsibility and sustainability is a huge challenge. Collaboration is essential to accelerate the pace of change.

Sustainability is ultimately about balancing three key factors – the environment; society; and the economy. Each themed topic will be addressed through the lens of three distinct aspects: Products, Places, People. There is so much ‘green wash’. Some companies seek to hide behind marketing words – we must ‘call this out’ and highlight the importance of environmental responsibility.
